Pricing

Easy flat-rate pricing means no surprises. Everything is included with our backup service – software, offsite storage and infrastructure. You are never charged more than the annual payment.

How to Purchase

Step 1. Select your File Backup plan, click on its Download button to open the installer window (it may take a few moments, so please wait). When the installer window opens, choose the "Run" option to install the software on your computer. You can also download the software to your computer desktop and install from there, but most people choose the "Run" option.

Step 2. After installing the software, you will be prompted to register the software and input your credit card number. Complete this and you are ready to go. You can update your billing information any time by opening the File Backup program and clicking on Options and then Billing.
